Yes,,,, you weren't believe just how many people don't understand nor try to understand. If you don't INITIATE counter steering, then you are just reacting to your bike turning in, instead actually setting up the bike to turn. Reactive < Initiate. Later on when the rider gets faster and faster, they will always go wide as their body position can't keep up with the turning changes. However, if you INITIATE the CS yourself, you know how and when its going to happen - hence your body position /mind and everything else is ready before turning changes happen.

definitely a topic not taught well at the ride schools for people wanting to get a motorcycle license, but I guess the problem doesn't really reveal itself until a rider starts to add speed beyond just commuting through town.
