Lip filler lasts longer than botox for sure. Botox is every 3 months, most people who get lip filler only need it done every 6 months or so. Don’t really see how one is “bad” & one is good. :// didn’t love that part of the video but I’m so glad you all are doing well!
@oliviaevans44282 жыл бұрын
thanks for saying this, I was going to share the same! Botox doesnt last/is not permanent at all and doesn't hurt because the needle is significantly smaller and doesn't go as deep. at the end of the day (to Myk's point) get what you want. but then also RESEARCH it to fully understand what it is/the process/how it works!! (:
@jennadavison58762 жыл бұрын
Yeah there are actually multiple videos by board-certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons that show filler sticks around FAR longer than we thought (years+). This is a great one where they proved through follow-up MRIs that fillers actually last years: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6CpkHiwZ5xggpI

This was a great video to catch up on a lot of things. I honestly don’t blame you for wanting to have kids when you are younger especially if you want 3-4. I personally didn’t meat my his fan till I was almost 35. And then I had my daughter at almost 37 so take it from me it is not easy to had a child at this age and we ended up deciding to only have one due to the complications you can have at “advanced maternal age”. One thing was being told that a million times throughout my pregnancy.

If you're looking to include multiple perspectives, you might consider a format like they did in the book Together On Top of the World: The Remarkable Story of the First Couple to Climb the Fabled Seven Summits. It's a story from the first couple to climb all Seven Summits together, including Everest. As they go through each portion of the story, they share the story from Phil or Sue's perspective and then the other. It made for an, especially, interesting read.

It sounds like you needed a different instructor for CrossFit. Bad form and hurting yourself is not how CrossFit should be taught. I was a CrossFit coach and starting with the PVC pipe or empty 15lb barbell. Less reps with proper technique. I agree about Instagram- hate it and don’t use it anymore. It doesn’t feel like socializing just more for business. I would love to hear your gymnastics story/ journey

You're not the only college gymnast who went back to elite. Mohini Bhardwaj from UCLA went back after graduating and got a silver medal at the Olympics in 2004. She was 25. Another person was Kate Richardson (UCLA/Canada for the Olympics, and she was still on the team while competing). There are likely others but that's all I remember off the top of my head. On the fear of not being able to get pregnant, please let go of it ASAP. We have friends that struggled for a long, long time to get pregnant. They eventually opted for IVF. The first time failed. The second time worked, but she had a miscarriage after only a couple of weeks. Then they opted out of it, and sort of went, "if it were meant to be, it would be". Low and behold, a couple of months later they got pregnant. TWINS!

It sounds like you are burned out on being in the spotlight and would love to just live your life. Even being a sportscaster would be living your life because while you would be on TV the spotlight would be on the sports you are reporting on. life has these moments where you shift from what you were centered on to the next thing, and sometimes there is a waiting time before the next thing just to recenter yourself. It sounds like you are trying to be balanced ....it's a good thing!

You should try out diving! A lot of people go from gymnastics to diving, Krysta Palmer won bronze for the US at this Olympics and she started as a gymnast and didn't take up diving till her 20s.
