I disagree with the cotton ball, a few stray cotton pieces can make some obvious spots with glue later, a decent microfiber cloth/pad always works better with Iso Alcohol or a remover and doesn't leave anything behind. Plus its reusable/machine washable and environmentally friendly 🙂

I usually just clean scalp and add thin layer clear adhesive to the poly and slap it on. Because removing with cotton ball is annoying, at that point I'm like I can just do a full install and put it on fresh lol. But yeah put thin layer of adhesive on poly for couple more days hold and than full reinstall it.

i usually always ordered lavivid Mirage Toupee for Men and i wanna try lord cause its cheaper, what unit should i choose of lord that is similar? and also, is lord hair has same quality? and which one do you use from lord? thanks

It looks great even before changing the paste. That C shape is not really recession, the rounded semicircle hairline is the normal thing. When it is applied it looks straight. 👌🏻👌🏻💪🏻

Also get a pack of 100 disposable lip liner for putting adhesive on the poly for like $5 , it can help spread it better.

Can also use silicone mini spatulas. Wipes right off and reusable

@@Johniscoolimo silicone I don't think is non stick. And whiping off is another step and to wipe off you would have to use alcohol because any amount leftover may attract dirt or debree. But i don't have experience with it so can't say. Hey if that's working for you, great! ;] please do share more trick when you can. I'm always hoping to learn something new. 🙏

i've used silicone mini spatulas. i like them.. but the lip liners are really fascinating.. they seem like they have more control that the silicon spatulas. going to try this josh. thanks for the suggestion

Also stand in front of fan instead of using a blow dryer on cool. Much easier and insures no sweat during the process.
