I watch several youtubers who refuse to show more than 1 ad per video. They are smaller than this channel. They make a full time wage for not only an individual but a team. I have gotten to the point that the 3 ad breaks connected to this 21 minute video feel excessive.

NOPE, sorry but aside from mental illness, in which, I include many things, EG, all forms of Psychopathy, our thoughts and therefore our actions are PREDETERMINED according to our uniquely independently acquired Psychology, which is SOLELY DERIVED from our EVERY life experience, up to and including the age of 26, which is when our brain stops developing. I make this claim for many different reasons, the most important one is if you as a highly qualified Psychology professional,, in a long white lab coat, explain to a group of one hundred people who are seriously depressed, the miraculous, 100% successful effects of a new to the market, antidepressant which corrects the minds chemical imbalance of people with Depression. You then proceed to administer a Placebo Pill and for further effect stand near that person ensuring they have swallowed that pill, the results will be that some 90% of the people who took that pill over a period of say, a month, will show a marked improvement and of eradication of their depression.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. This video couldn't have come at a better time for me. I'm at the tail end of my 3rd year as a broke, single father. What a ride it's been thus far. I thought I knew stress. I thought I could handle stress. Better than most even. Little did I know what life(or more appropriately a deadbeat ex) had in store. Since she pulled her Houdini disappearing act on us my health, mental acuity, vitality... everything you described has happened. My health took a complete nosedive. I've aged 10 years in the last 2. I was healthy as an ox. Seldom getting sick. Now, I get sick if someone sneezes within 10 feet of me. People say don't listen to anything on the internet. Something usually tend to agree with. But that doesn't mean it can't still be a useful tool. This has given me new avenues to explore and a better understanding of what stress can do and how it works. Knowing how something works is imperative in learning how to fix it. Thank you good sir.

I am an optimist, and definitely not, naturally wired this way. When others have asked me how i stay so positive, I have very often said "fake it til you make it". It really works! So go ahead smile!! I found this out quite by accident when smiling for my small children even tho something negative was going on. Before I knew it I actually felt better. Over time it became a habit. One my children have as well, their smiling faces remind me to smile! So even better , its contagious!

My oncologist that my positive attitude may have had a great deal to do with my survival as long as I did while I had cancer but did know it yet. It took a few months to narrow down the suspects but I kept a cheerful attitude even when having my hips drilled testing for leukemia. Although the drugs they put down the IV did make me feel so good that I hallucinated while he did that, he said I was already an unusually happy patient before the drugs hit. And that may explain how I carried a tumor in my neck for 8 years before it threatened my life. My ex girlfriend changing her mind may have taken me down a depressed funk that left me more open to the big C but my growing friendship with another woman cheered me up more.

I have been a few dangerous or medical emergency situations and it feels like time slows down and I automatically tamp down most emotions and my brain starts narrating what I need to do. I think it is because I had a lot of responsibility when I was a kid and was able to control my emotions better than my parents because I had to for my own mental health. I remember being very young and hearing my parents fight and feeling that it was like that awful feeling of nails on a chalk board repulsiveness and had to emotionally distance myself from their emotions. I do not get angry often or I should say show anger. My face goes blank. I feel that I shouldn't inflict negative emotions on others, unless the situation calls for it. It is better to wait until I can articulate the issue in a way that is more productive and can work out the issue in a mature, rational manner. If I do "blow," I usually speak very coldly and slow and the person remembers it. Every word is enounciated in a way that the other person cannot misunderstand. Almost every time I have "blown up" like that it has usually been because someone has been saying or doing something wrong to a loved one. Years ago, I overheard my step dad's disgusting 34 year old cousin berating my 14 year sister about her weight. I quietly told him off. I have never been so angry in my life. I don't even remember everything I said. I talked about how someone his age should know better about talking to anyone that way, forget about a kid and it can contribute to life threatening eating disorders. I ended with pointing out that he needs to look in the mirror before he talks about anyone else's weight. He turned very pale while I told him off and then agreed with me and humbly apologized to her. When a usually soft spoken, gentle, usually kind person speaks so coldly, it gets people's attention.

I forgot the title of the study. But it also says that people who do not like their job are more likely to experience symptoms of hyperacidity because of the stress. That happened to me and my sister before.

There are some tips in the video after all. "Fake it till you make it", so keep on smiling and trick your brain into releasing more serotonin. Build nice habits to balance your dopamine, and do your best to form well connections with people to increase your oxytocin, for example.

In current matrix program there are external factors that promotes anger. I see them as dark shadows that send out a negative energy wich is very subliem. Start to see them after being angry on my son for nothing. When i realized there was no reason to be so angry i calmed down and comfort my son. At that moment i saw a shadow in the corner of my eye going away. Not so long ago i have bin showed how they attack a mass of people. I do not see them as beings but as technic that gives the wanted experiance. Spoke to sensetive people that have seen them to. In new upcomming matrix program they can not be.

However, one day a person got me so upset, I saw RED !! Thought that was just an expression, but no I saw RED !! Walked out of the place, and drove to another place and parked in the driveway. Don't remember much of the trip. Car wasn't hurt. Friends from the house came racing our in fear. Would the amygdala have ANY part in this?
