Thousands take part in largest Orange march since Covid lockdown

Thousands of marchers took part in Orange Lodge processions through Glasgow in the largest gathering of Order members since the coronavirus pandemic.
This year marks the 200th anniversary of Orange parades in the city and follows the cancellation of the biggest annual event, commemorating the Battle of the Boyne, the last two years.
Earlier this week, Glasgow’s police chief warned the force will not tolerate “offensive behaviour, including hate crimes, drunkenness and disorder” and urged the “large majority” who behave in the “right way” to influence those around them.
More than 5000 people joined the marches on Saturday which saw members of local groups converge at Glasgow Green.

Republicans are marching to commemorate the hunger strikers who died 40 years ago they have marches for interment,bloody Sunday,Easter rising etc,etc they march in support of terrorists who murdered many scots soldiers who were sent in to protect the areas under attack from loyalists .The women gave them tea and cakes they were so happy knowing soldiers were in Belfast to protect them.The Orange order have marched in Glasgow for well over 150 years if it offends you don't watch it I bet your a SNP voter as they hate unionists/loyalists .
