Try these. Back to the target, eyes closed, hold your breath until you can't hold it anymore, exhale, turn, find the target, aim and shoot. Come to full draw, hold until your muscles start to fail, aim and shoot. Awesome video. Love 3D target shoots. Best of luck this coming season !!! Always look forward to your videos.

I'll be doing some practice with my broadheads this weekend from the treestand. Took me 5 hours to sharpen the first one and I missed a deer from the treestand last year as in shot way under. I went with the cutthroat single bevel after seeing yalls results. But last year I did learn shooting from the treestand is a lot different than standing on flat ground luckily it was a big miss and not a wound though.

I am very interested in seeing those as I am going on my second elk hunt in September this year and would like to see how you guys were able to get it done last year. Maybe it will help me get my first elk! Thanks for all the great content keep it coming. Good luck this season to you all.

Hi guys down here in Yazoo City Mississippi we have the oldest bow club in the state called the Yazoo Bowhunters. We have 3-D bow shoots starting in February thru August. We mainly set up the targets for bow hunting practice, 25 targets to be exact. We would love to have you come and practice with us one Saturday. You may even get some pointers about our government woods around here. Do ya'll do speaking engagements. We have the Yazoo County Wildlife Banquet every year in which we have people come a speak on hunting and other topics. If interested on either let me know. George M. Fielder

Great, fun video. You THP guys always have great content. Great bunch of guys. I really liked the videos with Ranch Fairy and the Rocket Man. Center of pressure, center of gravity, "roll rate", lift refers to up & down, etc. Blew my mind.. That one really opened my eyes to a new understanding of arrow flight and I have definatley benifited from the new knowledge gained. So thank you for that. I always end up watching THP videos in thier entirerty. We all do the same thing with most videos and skip ahead once you have the jist. But you guys keep it intersting and fun all the way through. I hate to be a critic but I have one small crtique from this video. Keith has a ton of face pressure on that string when anchored which is probably causing most of the inconsistancy with his accuracy. It was driving me nuts so I had to point it out.. Keep on keep'n on........... Eric

Simply amazing how a LITTLE competition can/does create anxiety? Even in your own private range. How about at the local 3-d club too. Or a national ASA or IBO. ITS so irritating that mindset can screw with even pro class archers. The secret is to block everything out EXCEPT SHOT EXECUTION. You have to focus on your form and technique first. From footing through the draw anchor pin settling and your eye on the target. It’s the only way? to beat anxiety. Cool video.
@nicholasecker17012 жыл бұрын
They obviously kill animals but after watching this video they could all benefit greatly from some true 3D competitions. Just how bad some of them slammed the releases was hard to watch.
@timbow502 жыл бұрын
@@nicholasecker1701 I noticed there was a ton of punching triggers happening too. But when your playing against the clock like a few shots were ? But in reality it’s apparent they have the disease. Ain’t lying, I’ve hammered some triggers years ago when I used a Carter quickie plus trigger but finally forced myself to do it right. These guys really need to practice more and ALL of them need to set up the trigger way shorter and learn to pull thru the shot. Using your fingertip isn’t a good way. It works maybe 25% of the time. I’m thinking they put a lot of time in other areas for video production rather than working on form and technique.
