As a Blader myself this game was so cool for us to play growing up and had a more realistic feel to it. My favourite about the game were all the cess slides you could do and add in to make massive combos 🔥🔥

That🔲👕t-shirt logo is the B.unique Underground Skatepark logo. It was the only indoor skatepark in New York City, in Brooklyn. Used to have concerts/demos/breakdancingbattles and skate contests. Had a sick mini-ramp spineramp too. I used to rollerblade before i switched to🛹skateboarding I still have the IBI sticker on my helmet.

rolling was a great game in my opinion. definitely not as unique or creative as aggressive inline but it was pretty much the only inline game that did a great job of showing the inline culture that was around at the time (baggy clothes, rap music and a huge emphasis on technical grind combos). it exists in the same vein as games like thrasher presents skate and destroy and the first tony hawk game. the real reason behind its failure was that rollerblading had already come and gone so there wasn't any interest in it. skateboarding was at its peak with the popularity of bam margera and the jacka*s crew so kids were more inclined to pick up tony hawks instead. just my two cents as someone with a lifelong passion for "extreme" sports and was heavily a part of skateboarding, rollerblading, bmx and scooter (to a lesser extent).

Yea… so I’m a former pro rollerblader, the trick names are definitely something, there has been heated arguments on the internet for over twenty years on the definition of the trick called a Savana…. Most names were created in the early 90s by very drunk pros lol. Sweat stance I have no clue, some of them are named for who invented them, mizio is the last name I believe of a Japanese skater that first did it in a mag, fish brain was named for Tom fry who was nicknamed fish brain. Even in inline we joke a lot about how stupid our trick names are, but like in skateboarding it’s way too late to change them lol.

the animations of rollin are so much better, nothing in aggressive inline actually looks like the trick its supposed to be lol I play this game the same way I play skater xl or session, realistic lines

I bought Rolling and Aggressive Inline from a friend back in the day. Having never heard of the former, I thought it was going to be some cheap barely playable MTV Sports type game, but I actually enjoyed Rolling a bit more than Aggressive Inline. I agree that it lacks personality, but it makes up for it with the Tony Hawk-like control scheme. If it were a little more polished, and if inline skating didn't fade away from the spotlight, I believe Rolling could've been a real hit.

I loved to rollerblade growing up, and I still do sometimes as an adult. The whole “making fun of rollerbladers” thing always did and always will suck so hard. I never made fun of skateboarders, but it wasn’t out of the ordinary to get called a f** or something similar whenever I would want to go to a skatepark as a teenager. It sucked and I still feel weird about rollerblading in public to this day. Oh well. That’s what I got for enjoying something I was good at. Anyway this game looks like shit lol
