The OD thread chatter on your parts would immediately disqualify your shop from any further business from my company! Your rollers have so much chatter that I would be ashamed to even admit my shop machined any parts.

You’re 100% correct. The program is written with speeds/feeds for steel and the threads are spot on…..we used brass for demonstration and the ability to not use coolant for the video.
