thank you for this Video. i have got one from my aunt. now i can use this cool tool. this sewing machine was terrible expensive in the 60th. i can read the price on the manual. 7450 Austrian Schillings. that would be 2640€ Euros today. o man. i'm so proud.

Hello! My mother's Viking 6020 has a loose bobbin casing. We were told by a local repair shop that the casing would need replaced but that they're no longer available anywhere. Do you know of any options we may have to attempt a repair? The machine has been in the family for generations and is sentimental. Thanks! :)

Sorry for the delay. With vintage machines it can be very difficult to find anyone to work on them and who can be trusted to give you good advise. Take it to a few places to see if the feedback is consistent. Otherwise you may have to learn to repair them yourself and use a donor machine for parts. Look for help on the Husqvarna Viking vintage sewing groups online. Don’t give up. Good luck. 😊🧵🪡
