If only NNPCL were smart enough,this is the time to invest in higher exploration to at least 4 million barrel per day..Something that we still have in Abundance in the ground,and it's gradually going out of fashion,NNPCL main investment should be to double it output capacity now and earn more foreign exchange.lnstead they keep blaming oil theft for their incapacity.People in the creeks can refine crude oil to pms but NNPCL with the best engineers in Nigeria is unable to refine a single drop of pms.What a shame!
