I have watched so many "how to apply acrylic nails" videos and never once have I heard them tell us to watch the acrylic ball and wait for the powder to all turn from white powder to something like a pearl. I've seen them pause but nobody has said why or what they were waiting for. I think this will really help with the powder to liquid ratio guess work. It's not really guess work after at all, is it. By looking at the subjects of some of your other videos I believe you will be answering many of the questions I have been looking for answers to and have never found. (I literally have watched hundreds of videos.) Thsnx so much. I really appreciate your style.

Rita, You are blessed with the knowledge, patience, and passion for teaching. You should either be teaching at a nail school or teaching privately. Either way, you would be such an asset to those who are learning. I have watched a lot of your videos and your method of teaching, along with your illustrations and demonstrations, makes it easy to learn. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. After watching your videos, I feel so much better because I bought the right stuff for the job and after some practice, I think I'm ready for the next step. I haven't found anyone else that is so honest and real, and that's hard to find. I also like that you use humor in your videos and it isn't just a dry presentation. You kept my full attention. @NewNailTechSuccess5 жыл бұрын
The only way to do this to my knowledge is by using an e-file, but even with that it will be too much work and trauma to the natural nail if it's too lumpy. The only other alternative would be to soak and start over. Thanks for watching.

og so amazing... we do appreciate this. something i wona know... when do you change the monomer? say when you do nails the whole day say from 8:00 till 17:00 do you through it out and use new or just use it again?
@NewNailTechSuccess7 жыл бұрын
Lavondre Van Eden Hi I try to pour out only enough for a set. As you do nails more you will learn how much that is. Watch your liquid if it starts to get cloudy it is contaminated and needs to be thrown out. And if you notice you are not able to easily form balls with the liquid meaning when you put the liquid in powder it's not quickly forming a ball add more liquid if that doesn't work start with fresh liquid.

Could you do a video, showing Product ratio, on a paper practice sheet & also the same with a laminated background??? I notice you have no other choice, making your pears, than using a lot more monomer??? I also have glued a whack of different sized pearls to toothpicks, as a guidance also, for practicing!
