As a fellow Wanderer, Big Sam will always be one of our own, still lives in the town and has done since he played for us in the 70s. The memories he gave me growing up watching Bolton, finishing in the top 6 of the Premier League, 2 UEFA Cup campaigns, getting to the knockout stages each time, playing Bayern Munich, Sevilla, Marseille and Atletico Madrid, with players like Okocha, Hierro, Anelka, Campo and Djorkeaff. It's what dreams were made of. We've had a rough 10 years to say the least, almost going out of existence, but we are coming back, when we return to the Premier League who knows, but we will be back!
