The 22 php per square meter is only for the 3 hectares. The 5 hectares and 12 hectares are more because they have tax declarations. The 5 hectares is 180 per square meter. All is negotiable.

Typhoon pathway. That's the disadvantage of that location. If not for that, could have been viable to develop as tourist resort/hotel business .
