'Do you really want to let 6 people, who couldn't get out of jury duty, decide what happened?' If you only get one thing out of researching the law as a layman, get this. People who 'want their day in court', yet have never been to a real trial as a juror, plaintiff or defendant (watching a courtroom drama on TV does NOT count), really don't get this. The jury pool HATES anyone they see as having dragged them away from whatever they would have been doing that week before they got called in for jury duty. They see THEMSELVES as being incarcerated for up to a week, because someone ELSE couldn't settle it themselves out of court.

are you TRULY wanting to help people ? Teach them the whole SYSTEM is corrupt, is there to enrich all involved at YOUR expense and needs to git gone
