If I'm being charged for a DUI alleging acohol in my system and literally never drink, and hadn't had an iota of alcohol to drink that day, would it be remotely logical for my attorney to recommend an acohol prevention class to help get a better deal from a prosecutor?

I understand. Are legal system is completely screwed up. If u have no money 💵 you have to plea bargain. How is that justice? Plea bargain is like 97% of all case's. Money is everything in court. It's a Grease the wheels deal. Very far from our Constitution.

That is a good idea. Beyond a reasonable doubt is a criminal standard. Most jurors have a hard time with it (as do I).

So I’ve been charged with assault 3 dhs took the allegations to grand jury, but I also have a police report from the first officer that arrived on the scene as the police report says that the bruises were consistent of a two-year-old play so I’m not understanding how don’t the prosecutors know about this information and the fact that the caseworker waited two days to call DHS and report all this is on the police report but yeah I’ll still get charged so either prosecutors really with me or against me

Both State and federal judiciaries have loudly maintained that the supreme purpose of the judiciary is not justice, but “retribution and deterrence” that is a distinctive feature of predatory governance and requires arbitrary law & sentencing to facilitate. Therefore the answer is a resounding YES, ultimately prosecutors are out to get you (in the practice of predatory arbitrary criminalization). This is unequivocally accurate despite that prosecutors neglect to recognize it in themselves… evidenced by the multitude of meaningless and superficial platitudes (“overworked”, “just doing my job”, “nothing personal”) exploited to detach themselves from personal moral liability for the felonious acts of arbitrary prosecution, that is very much an intimate and personal assault on the rights and liberty of another person. A vast number of the disputes that police initiate are on behalf of their employer and are also adjudicated by their employer. The plaintiff (government), prosecutor, judge, police, and the only witness (also the police) all represent the same party. Arbitrary prosecution lacks any identifiable individual claimant(s), ie: victim(s) with any articulatable specific non-consenting violation of anothers individual rights…ie: crime(s), that is mandatory to facilitate justice. Clearly, enforcement of arbitrary law requires discarding justice, therefore no prosecutor involved in defending an arbitrary governments’ counterfeit victimhood is “doing justice”. To the contrary, the act of arbitrary criminalization is unfounded, unprincipled, unjust, immoral, cruel and even wicked. Hence, there is no such thing as a “good prosecutor”.

For victimless crimes the government claims itself as the victim. So in that case the prosecutor is representing the alleged victim if they are representing the government. This makes your claim about it being impersonal incorrect.
