looks delicious,, BUT,, health issue concern------the sanitize ,, the burn ash contaminated, polluted cooking pot,, those black ash fall into the pot and mix with the rice and meat customers eat ????? certainly cause serious colon health issue in the future if people eat this type of rice often,,, YES,, believe it or not ???

@@oldcatdeliciousfood good way to cook this,, the healthy way to cook---use propane or natural gas which cause NO burning ash,, YOU can compare it and found out the propane cooking pot appears to be cleaner than dry wood burn pot,,, don't try to eat more than twice a week---wood burn method ...
