A complete yoga session featuring 3 spine strengthening core movements in including deadbug - the Strong Bones Challenge. Bonus is some great abdominal work and energizing Kundalini style breath work. Start with warm ups for our joints and finish with an awesome relaxation until Ellie and I bring you out of Savasana. Safe and appropriate if you have osteopenia or osteoporosis. #yogaforosteoporosis #yogaforstrongbones #corestrength
