I am an active 69 year old who does have osteoporosis. I really appreciate your yoga videos that include weights. Please keep challenging and encouraging us to do all we can to build strong bones.! Thank you Susannah❤️

Like the comment from Sharon below, I am an active 67 year old and really love doing strength training and yoga. This was a great combo. Please consider doing more of these! 🙂 Wonderful practice!

I second that Maryann. Also 67, retired nurse with osteoporosis. In the past 6 months, even with daily walks, am feeling myself weakening a bit. Thanks Susannah for this wonderful practice for strengthening bones and everything else.

I also am an active 69 year old with Osteoarthritis, I've just started with your yoga with weights. Great sessions, I plan to keep it up. I've been doing daily yoga for over 1 1/2 years!

I'm only 26 but I have osteopenia due to my eating disorder history. It's being hard to rebuild what I lost, but little by little there we go!

/this is a great video. The exercises are fantastic and Susannah is an excellent instructor. I’ve watched a ton of instructional videos in a search for bone therapy, and this is one of the first I can imagine watching time after time. Thank you.

I really enjoyed that. I am 76, live in Scotland UK and try to take care of myself by walking, doing yoga, riding horses and lifting weights. This is a superb sequence which I found really beneficial. Thank you

Ditto what Sharonalbright said! I’m now 4 1/2 months out after my accidental hip replacement and I was able to do all the moves in this video (gently) except for the sitting cross legged. “Lucille ball” still needs more time. But we’re working on it. 😊❤

Love these! I've been going to reformer pilates for 15 years but with my work schedule it's not always possible to attend as much as I would like. These videos are fabulous. I try to walk daily at least 7000 to 10000 steps and then doing these makes me feel great. They are simple exercises but very effective. Thanks for sharing!

This is a fun yet challenging session, a change from my bi-weekly muscle conditioning routine. Change is good! I’m an active 57 year-old woman with osteoporosis and still learning to accept the diagnosis. Thank you for all you do and post!

Susannah, I have been away much of October, I really loved the incorporation of the weights with “very carefully “ advice, it went so smoothly and I wasn’t afraid of my weights, thank you for these videos, I will be doing this one multiple times this week. I do keep up with my Yoga and swimming even if I am traveling because of you videos!💕

My new favorite Susannah video. I just started working with weights so this is easy to follow and appropriate for my bone density condition. I like that she is so natural in her instruction, offers alternatives, and especially doesn't play annoying background music that makes it hard to hear. Sometimes there is a bit of music but always appropriate :) imho. I recently joined the FB group and it is full of support and good ideas. THANKS for making these videos available.
