Vanguard Way is a tough marathon but very nice. Not done Woldingham yet as it always seems to be at the wrong time of year for me.

I was supposing to be running the three hill forts half (for the third time), but popped hamstring 3 weeks before. It's my favorite half of all time, making it all the better as my sons live in Worthing ( I live in Oxfordshire). I hope to run the full next year. Great film as always

Glad I found this channel - one of the most engaging and enjoyable run videos I've seen recently! Loved the interviews along the way and the pacing (of the video and of the run🤣) seemed spot on! Reminded me of the South Downs from when I cycled it before I became a runner - very different to my current running in Thailand! I've subscribed to help you hit your 10,000 goal and so I can keep enjoying the videos and learning from them! I am just starting out on the running channel malarkey so my subscription target is currently the important 100 milestone! Got a fun series on training for a night time ultra in the jungle of Thailand (which is scarily only just over 2 weeks away 😱) Anyone who fancies checking that out would be greatly welcomed! But, for now, I really enjoyed this video - thanks for making my coffee break a good one!

Nice video that, love the music also. You all make it look easy, you have just run over a marathon, im running with a friend the Dengie nature reserve on Friday which is around 28 miles but that's flat, haven't done that distance for sometime and I can guarantee I won't be looking as fresh as you lot at the end of it lol.

great video, i remember running the Chanctonbury trail marathon back in the early 80s, i have a cut glass award but for the life of me i cant recall much apart from a beautiful route, didnt have a watch back then !!! I dont know if this three fourts marathon is the modern day version , an awesome route, good luck with your training and on reaching 10,000

Sorry Stephen, another camera geek question!! - So I can see your now using a lapel mic with your dji action cam. Is that a stand alone device or is it blue tooth connected to the camera?

Hey Phil. No problem. It is a stand alone device. Just a small voice recorder in my pocket. I really need to give one to everyone I interview as well!!

You can tell my age here but when you mentioned about needing to give your interviewee's a mic, I immediately thought about that lapel mic on the end of a metal wand that Terry Wogan used to use on Blankety Blank!! Actually, thats not a bad idea is it... You sticking a lapel mic on a collapsible selfie stick or something could work!
