Hey Mark, I believe there is one more correction. I was reading the book and it is written for the Three-Handed Rook that the play begins with the Player to the left of the highest bidder but in your video, the player to the left of the dealer is starting the game considering the dealer is not the highest bidder here. BTW, a very nice explanation in the entire Rook Series. You can also add Hasbro instruction playing demo for 2, 3, 5, and 6 individual players which is slightly different from Parker's book in the same playlist.

Hi Mark, One question. Concerning the Nest, you said there is a rule not to leave any counter(point) cards in the Nest, and we cannot discard counter(point) cards. But isn't it like this that whoever wins the last trick gets access to the Nest where we can protect our counter cards just like a bird protects its eggs? You also didn't mention that the final trick winner gets the Nest?

This video is based on the oldest rules I could find. You can definitely play with eggs in the nest and the last trick winner getting the nest. You could also play that the bid-winner gets the best.
