I grew up being taught this (Romans 10:10 & 10:13) But I have a self professed theologian friend, say that you dont have to call upon the Lord w/ your Mouth, you just have to believe. He says Romans Ch.9,10 & 11 were written specifically to the jews and only applies to them. I disagree.
