Don't forget the soybeans as well, those come along every couple years instead -- if only to replenish the nitrogen in the soil so they can plant more corn :3 Seriously though, if it wasn't for the 1000 year old stone walls and fences that cropped up here and there (and all the goddamn sheep like damn they really do have a lot of sheep) I could've easily put almost most of the rural locations the lads got into eastern Ohio/Kentucky. Yo watching this video made me have to try it out, and naturally I went with aus! Each one surprisingly only took about 10 minutes! Except for the last one which was some random tip in the middle of nowhere, in the ACT. Like, even the one in WA took about a third of the time it took to figure that one out.... I even got one along the pacific highway and STILL found that far quicker than the one in ACT.

I'm from Australia and went to South Korea in December 2019/Jan 2020. It really does feel weird being able to catch a train from one side of a country to another in less than three hours. And even watching shows from England and Ireland, it's hilarious hearing people talk about three hour journeys being "overnight trips".

All of the Irish folklore in Undertale also has that feeling of someone living in the absolute middle of nowhere, I could imagine that internet was the only option for Toby Fox during his childhood and teenage years seeing how Ireland looks. For a simple example the legend of the Púca being the definitive example, alongside other inspirations with a whole lot of irish folklore in the Undertale series.

For the record, according to the department of agriculture 64% of land is usable for agriculture, of which about 80% is given to grassland which works out as 51.2% of Ireland is grassland/fields.
