Assalamualaikum, For anyone who is thinking of making this recipe, I have tried baking it today and according to the amount of ingredients written in this video it didn't work out for me. In this video you will need 900g of the whole cake mix. That is 300g Milk chocolate cake mix, 300g Dark chocolate cake mix and then 300g plain cake mix. When I tried making this recipe, my whole cake batter weighed up to 550g in total which was not enough for this recipe. I suggest that when making this recipe, double the ingredients so you will have enough to make this recipe. So instead of 3 medium eggs add 6 medium eggs and instead of 100g butter add 200g butter etc. Whatever is remaining you can add to the plain mixture or make some small cupcakes. My loaf/bread tin was smaller than the one used in this video so my cake took 65mins to bake on gas mark 4. Overall this cake came out beautifully and tasted amazing! I hope the information above will help anyone who wants to give this recipe a try. Good luck!

So total amount of batter needed for this recipe was around 1 kg? Since u divided in 3 parts of 300g each? Is that possible in just 1 cup of flour?

No. I tried this recipe and had to throw it away. The cake was not cooked, it got burnt from the bottom and the middle was still raw. One has to divide the batter into 140 gm and not 300. I followed the recipe to the t. Dont know what happened. When I was dividing the batter I to 300g each, it was not possible with 1 cup flower, hence I divided it I to 142g.

😄 😅 well my amateurish answer... see how the cake raised at the top and center❔ heat made the batter level that had more baking powder (no chocolate folded in) to expand and push on the other layers. you see how it can't push on the borders of the pan so it formed a bump in the middle❔
