I had this thing for building small stone circles in countries I travelled through. I left one under Ama Dablam, just off the trail about an hour out of Dengboche. So lovely to see Dengboche and Namche again. Oh, and the photography in these videos is fantastic.
@ChrisonTour Жыл бұрын
Would have been funny if by coincidence I would have captured that stone circle in the video. Thanks!

amazing video! did you use a Sherpa to carry all your gear? how easy is to get spaces normally in the huts? I guess you can't book it in advance, right? :D
@ChrisonTour Жыл бұрын
Thanks Matt! No, we carried everything but since you don't need a tent on this trip its pretty easy. We carried a tent anyway just in case there is no space in the huts but they were always all free during the time we did the trek

Hello! What’s the name of the acclimatisation hike you did in Namche? Is it the Hillary viewpoint?
@ChrisonTour6 ай бұрын
That should be the Khunde hike or? Have a look at, I am briefly describing where we go there. Is that he hike you refer to? kzbin.info/www/bejne/onu5ooZ_haeXjNksi=8Em1lS78XuX35lMA&t=255

Hi mate, I’ve been reading a lot saying the rules have changed and you are no longer able to do this without a guide. Is there any validity in this or would be I good to go solo? Also I’m wondering if there’s an alternative/cheaper way to get from Kathmandu to Lukla, maybe even trek it? Great vid 👌
@ChrisonTour Жыл бұрын
Hey! I have read the same too and people told me that we might have been one of the last groups to do solo hikes without a guide, but since I left Nepal I havent read up on this topic anymore sadly.
