The Heckler reads like a hero who you never see because he is constantly picking on the criminal, making fun of them over the phone, on screens, in chat rooms, randomly placed ads, and never stops. He has several shticks: the heckler, the conscience, the confidant, the best friend you really needed, and the list goes on. It all depends on just how he wants to deal with a certain villain.
