Three teen boys killed, man charged with impaired driving

Three teen boys from a Cree First Nation were killed while riding their bikes, after they were hit by a car - the driver has now been charged with impaired driving. The situation is taking a toll on the community, as all those involved were well-known members of the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation in northern Manitoba.
