Because it's obvious to even the dumbest idiot that it's faster to build a new RX7 from scratch, doesn't take 3 years lol. You can build a car as a hobby in less than 2 years, literally half of his time was wasted on trying to salvage rust.

Having owned several rotary cars, you brought back memories of my younger days. I had RX2, RX3, 4 RX4, 2 first generation RX 7 and 4 GLC’s, 2 converted to rotary engine cars. Cheers 👍

Good man. I have the same job to start this coming summer. I have a Toyota Celica GT4 st205 WRC to restore. Had it 20+ years. Looking forward to it .....and dreading it at the same time🤣😪

Seeing that beautiful rolling shot at the end with the exact lyric " Yeah I guess I could use some help" made me shed a tear. You really helped this RX-7 and gave it another chance at life. This video inspired me to someday do a full on self restomod of my 92 Corolla ❤

Nicely done. My dad had an ‘84 Gsl Se, first year of the fuel injected 13b. It was a lovely car. Nice to see people care enough to keep them going.

I had one of these back in 93'. It was my first car, an 81' 12A. Lots if memories, good and bad. Wouldn't trade any of them! Paid $1100 for her back then! Great job on the resto!

I feel like this video took me back to the early days of KZbin when you can just post a mix of pictures and videos and add the music YOU want not some monetization-friendly background noise! hats off to you i had one of theses a 1986 first year theyput the 13b in it and it was the first rotary i ever messed with i fought day and night to keep it running fixing things that magically broke searching for parts figuring out why it would start one morning and not the other but nothing beats getting it running right and cruising down the road seeing this video makes me wanna get mine back and get started you def earned yourself a subscriber
