Thank you! I'm glad you like the video! In the Philippines, so far, no permits are required. Been doing this since 2011... on a Waverunner and speedboat.... Subic to Capones Island and back, Hundred Islands, Mabini to Mindoro and back... just be sure you have contact numbers of the resort and boatmen in case of emergencies and let someone know where you're going and expected time to be back and the usual emergency kits like meds, first aid kits, extra fuel, spare parts, horn, signal flare or flags, enough food and water and of course life vests. I'll see if I can do an episode with this as topic. Cheers!
