So I went fishing at Packery last Saturday slipped and fractured my back and one left rid. This happened at the end of the jetty. So heads up people it's slippery out there. Wear your spikes! AWESOME video Cooper.

When the roxicodone stops helping, get a TENS unit for your back. With a doctor's order your insurance company will pay for it(assuming you have health insurance). My mom has a bad back and didn't want surgery to correct it and I'm a nurse for what it's worth. Be blessed and best wishes. 👍🙂
