First it's hard to setup the frame for a good skate balance and to push with the heel indeed. If the skate consistency is achieved blisters will still mess up a good skate.

You could trigger a speed camera in a 30-km/h-zone, including those with driver-friendly setpoint. Holy cow. What do you think about inline skating as alternative training form for cyclists? Is both too far apart or does skating effectively enhance cycling power? Thx
@FelixRijhnen13 жыл бұрын
I know quite some World Tour riders use skating as alternative/cross training. I‘m sure that it can help to improve the cycling performance

Hey Felix nice skating. Which model and brand 125mm skates would you recommend for speed and comfort?

Hi Felix, do you have to adapt or vary your technique when you switch between 4x110 and 3x125 wheels?
@FelixRijhnen14 жыл бұрын
Hey Dan, generally not much differences. For me the it just becomes more important to do all the basics correct because the speed is higher with 125mm. Generally zu need to do longer pushes with the bigger wheels to use their advantage. Hope this helps.

Can you say the set up from your skates more in detail.
Could you win against yourself on bike? because i can go faster on bike at 4 km/h average faster, but if you go 35-40 average on skate, i think you're faster on skate than bike, except maybe for long rides
@FelixRijhnen12 жыл бұрын
Good question - my endurance trainings are usually quicker on skates but I think if I go 1h full gas I can go faster on the bike. More aero, gears,…
