My favorite was Henry. (I'm a dog lover. Can you tell? I have 4 of my own.) But other than Henry,, to be honest I loved all of the DIY's in this video. The rolling pins were great as well as the bunny, birds, pigs, etc. I love using white wax. It just brings so much detail to a project. Good luck with your booth sales.

Thanks for the ideas. I finally found 2 birds at the thrift store. I am going to try it. Keep us posted on month one. I made $115 my first month… not sure how to build my sales in the booth. Keeping it full is harder than you think. I think fall and winter will be easier with more holiday crafts.

I got the stems from an old project but they were just wrapped with a paper tape floral wire. The more I sell, the more I plan on sharing how much I sell things for!

Heather, use Valspar Antiquing Glaze instead of Antiquing Wax. The reason why is paint does not adhere well and last over Wax. I think crafters do not understand that it is like trying to get paint to adhere to a candle. And that they make products similar. And I highly recommend the Valspar antiquing Glaze from Lowe's and it comes in a 16 oz. jar and can be watered down. All the projects were Great!

Well hello in Canada! I just opened a booth in a larger store. Basically like my own little store within a big space along with a bunch of other sellers. I don’t have to work the register or be in the space but do have rent to cover those expenses. It’s a nice way to try it out without a lot of risk! Glad to have you here!

Distressed still seems to be selling for me in my area. I personally don’t love over-distressed…but with 3 kids I like a little distressed so any ding won’t bother me. Can’t have any furniture “too precious” in my world just yet!

It'll be interesting to see which of your rolling pins sells first. My original vintage ones and the ones with painted handles didn't sell so I brought them home and added some stamps and transfers. I just brought them back to my booth today. Hopefully they sell this way, although I am asking a bit more for mine. Most are around $12-14 depending on how many transfers/stamps, and one super large, really nicely patina'd old one is $18. I think I may need to change the way I have them displayed, tho. 🤔 A couple of years ago they were selling like hotcakes. Now that I have a booth I can't seem to sell a one. 😭
