Of all of the resellers that are on KZbin U2 have brought up so many new brands that I’ve never heard of so I’ll be sure to look them up when I go to my thrift stores. I enjoy any of your videos you’re very very knowledgeable and you’re great to watch thanks so much and I hope you feel better

Love the videos. I have learned so much from the 2 of you and some good stores to go to since you're in my area. Definitely trying halfofhalf. I was in Lewisville yesterday and it would have been a 45 minute drive. Going Sunday.

Just a bit of trivia for you. The Brand Johnny Was title is named after a song by Bob Marley called “Johnny Was”. Cool right? Love the channel.

Sunspel shirts are nice. They make a Polo shirt that was worn in a recent James Bond film - If you happen to find those they bring a premium and be sure to put "Bond" in the title. They have a specific weave. The Gustin jeans - They all have a small white tag inside the left waistband that will have a number/code on it. If that's there make sure you put at least that code in the title or lookup the code and put the name/style/etc info in. Gustin buyers are looking for really specific models/fabrics and some of the rare fabrics can go for a lot.

It's technically called "The Riviera" polo and they're quite nice. I've found 2 in the past few years and they move super fast for top value. I think Daniel Craig wore the Navy blue one in Casino Royale.@@kandmresell

Our Goodwill would have had those Salomans at 20 bucks
@kandmresell11 ай бұрын
Trust me I have to pass on 10 of them above that price before I find a pair reasonably priced lol. We have to pass on more inventory than we find due to pricing. Just part of the business.

Great content as always....Was curious how much do you typically list on ebay per day and do you usually bank some listing for future listings?
@kandmresell11 ай бұрын
Thanks! We just started doing 280 a week and the only bank we do is listings for the weekend so we don’t have to work at all on weekends!

You both are the real deal. I’ve learned so much and have shared your channel several times. I have a question that I hope you will kindly answer. I’m a resealable and love it. I’m limited to a few thrift stores and am ok with a 60% sell-rate as I depend on volume. My son is going to be a father and would like to resell as a side job. He lives in a big city so resources are abundant. If he had a $1000 to invest and wanted to stick to close to 100% sell-through rate items could he find them in thrift stores or is it better to make a weekly trip to the bins that are 70 miles away. Thank you!
@kandmresell11 ай бұрын
Hey thanks for the support and glad you enjoy! Idk really how to answer your question as it just depends on a number of factors. But I can say we never go to the bins and aim for the business model you are talking about. We started with $200 and have grown the business to where it is now so it’s even more possible with $1,000! Just gotta stick to buying 100% sellthrough rate items and he should be more than fine. The bins for sure has its pros but we really just have never enjoyed it as much as thrift stores which is why we go to stores even though the margin isn’t as big. We just try to do things we actually enjoy! Hope that helps in some way lol!

Please check the Barbour pants. They have been altered. The back seam has been taken in quite a bit. I am a seamstress and noticed it right away. Please measure for an accurate size. This could change the resell value quite a bit, maybe even unsellable.
@kandmresell11 ай бұрын
Yes we measure everything we list and in the title change the size if it’s been altered. Thanks for the heads up!

@kandmresell11 ай бұрын
Glad you enjoyed! They aren’t. They are 8.5 B. The B gives it away that they are women’s as well as the model number on the inside brings up women’s boots.
@walkinginhisgrace39111 ай бұрын
@@kandmresell you are right with the sizing “B”. I have horses and those boots looked huge because I’m the same size but it’s prob the camera angle!

Love this style of video - especially as a new reseller I think it's really helpful. I aspire to have hauls like this - I'm still so slow at the thrift and usually find around 10 pieces in 2-2.5 hrs hitting a few stores. Is that normal and how long does it take to get better? I realize that's a complicated question - just asking generally.
@kandmresell10 ай бұрын
That was us back in the day for sure! It gets quicker as time goes on. We’re usually in stores now for at most 30 mins unless it’s just a chill day and we aren’t in a rush. On average we find 10 items to resell an hour if that helps and I don’t see that number increasing all that much anytime soon. It also would be 15-20 an hour though if we split up to tackle different parts of town but we enjoy thrifting together. I think 5-10 items an hour is a good metric for a solo thrifter but there’s also a ton of geographical factors as well.
@lauramorey12310 ай бұрын
Thanks! That’s super helpful - love the numbers and metrics…math major over here 😊
