Selena, I am so very addicted to your videos. I have a pending hip surgery and I’m pretty much confined to my recliner. I watch your videos all day. I’m amazed at the Goodwills you and your mother visit because ours is absolutely nothing like the ones you visit. I’m at the beach on the east coast so naturally most of the decor you find are beach things. Keep up the great work. Oh, by the way, you are a terrific singer!

Dinner ideas: frozen shrimp, butter,tomato, lime, garlic salt, ketchup , hot sauce and cilantro . In tin foil add a a handful of shrimp , diced tomato and cilantro then season with garlic salt add some butter and a whole lime then add ketchup and hot sauce enough to make a sauce . Create a tin foil boat so it steams and either put on grill or skillet low heat until shrimp are fully cooked and you can pour over microwaveable white rice . You should have a sauce from all the condiments and butter. You can add any variation of veggies and change it up !

My daddy knew how to do just abt everything & when I got married, my husband was pretty much the same. If there was something he didn't understand, my daddy was always there to teach him. I can't tell u how fortunate we ladies are to have(or had) husbands like that. Since it's just me now, I can't begin to describe how much I miss having my husband's help. My dad taught me stuff too, but I'm a girlie girl & never really cared to learn extra stuff. lol I'm just thankful for what I do know!!😉💗🛠

I'm Polish and here is my 20 min recipe. Buy some thicker pasta, cabbage, bacon,onion and mushrooms, some vinegar, salt & pepper, bay leaf. Cook the pasta Satay the onion, bacon, shreded (1/2 ") cabbage and the rest and mix together. Add a little vinegar to taste while staying. Yummy and fast! Also, think bake potatoes since you have a grill. Little aluminum foil and voila! Oregon is so beautiful! .

The painting is perfect. Great grill dinner is to wrap up chicken thighs, potatoes and carrots in foil and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Season with whatever you like.

Theme here is prep at home as much as you can: 1) Homemade soup frozen in a zip bag or container & Garlic french bread (fresh garlic or powder sprinkled) would be warming and easy. 2) Pre-chop your salad ingredients for the weekend and toss when you want them. Of course your homemade vinaigrette dressing that you can leave there if you bring a bottle. (better than the bottled toxic waste from the store).( Big mugs or bowls for the soup) 3) Prep veggies for the grill and put in ziplock - perfect with the steak/chicken on the grill. You can warm or toast the garlic bread on the grill too.😋

Crock pot... Chicken breast, a jar of salsa, and a can of black beans. You can add chilis or colored bell peppers of whatever too. Just bring tortilla chips or wraps, cheese, etc It's super easy to throw in in the morning and it's always a crowd pleaser and great if you have extra people helping or whatever.

He did remodeling and was very good at it. It always amazed me at his knowledge of demolition and the final jobs were fantastic. Good job Pete. For meals think camping: Protein + favorite marinade . Thin cut protein or pound thin, put in freezer bag with marinade and freeze. Grab and pack in a cooler. Thin cuts thaw out quickly and go right in grill. Marinade can be as simple as your favorite bottled Italian Vinaigrette. Once grilled can be served with a salad or make up sandwiches. Also you love seafood. I’m sure you’ve made either foil or parchment packages with seafood of choice, butter, lemon herbs. These can be cooked in the grill too. Parchment would of course need to wrapped in foil. Fresh Asparagus is in season now and fantastic grilled.

You should bring a crock pot to the beach house. Throw in some stew meat, veggies of your choice, some seasoning salt and pepper, and a can or two if cream soup or tomato soup. Let it cook for 3 or 4 hours. You got dinner for a couple of meals. You can add some bread or serve over noodles also. Great with a glass of wine. (Or splash some red wine in the stew while it’s cooking. )

Make individual sized packets in aluminum foil filled with veggies, squash, garlic, tomatoes, onions, etc, with your favorite seasonings. Seal them tightly then put them on the grill! They steam themselves & pair great with salmon, shrimp or whatever else your heart desires! I love opening them & drizzling a nice flavored olive oil or garlic butter.
