They can provide more information about the risks and benefits and give recommendations about how to fast safely if you want to continue. @@bubble_pop_143 Fasting is bad if you're doing it as a fad diet. Always consult a doctor before you try a new diet trend. Also, seeing as it is mostly Muslims (and parts of Western Asia/Africa) who fast as a religious/spiritual routine, they would typically know how to fast safely. Now I'm not saying Minori is fasting as a diet or anything, she may have her reasons, but it is absolutely bad to try if you don't know how to do it.

Someone said it!!! And yes.....ngl I'm realy wooried for her. She re-made the doll twice- and in other videos, she sometimes did the same but shes been making mistakes recently unlike in the past.
