I used to have a business refurbishing furniture. I don't know if it would work on metal, but I used the wax before paint on wood. What I did was to heat the paint when it was dry, and then wiped the warm wax off and there would not be paint stuck where the wax had been. Hope this helps 😢and somewhat.

I really loved all these projects a lot. Personally, I also like rustic, items, rusty pieces etc, and I like upcycling items for my home. I enjoy it immensely and I like the fact it keeps items out of the landfill. Your floral arrangements were gorgeous as well.

I am so glad you asked this question because I gave the wrong name in the video and would not have know it without you asking. 🤦‍♀️ It is Stick & Style Stencil Roll and the correct name is Royal Ann Garden 4". It is by Re-design with Prima. It's kinda of pricey, $30 but you get 15 yards and you can reuse it. I'll try and add a link in the description box. Thanks again! ❤️

If you heat up the wax and the use a scrapper or your sand paper it works so much better!

The hobby table saw is a 4 inch table saw. I purchased mine from Harbor Freight. I have also seen them onn Amazon. They are not very powerful but if you go slow they will cut through wood that is not too thick...the long paints stick usually cut perfectly with the mini table saw. I have a Ryobi miter saw that I purchased from Home Depot. If you wait to purchase one around Christmas time they have great bundle deals. The miter saw I have is not mini, it's a 12 inch but Ryobi makes a 7.5 inch and you can purchase from Amazon. I think all Ryobi products are good, but I haven't actually used the 7.5 one....sorry for the novel. 🤦‍♀️😊. Hope that helps!

If you want chippy/crackly put a coat of school glue on after first coat of paint.

It's not you, I've had the same problem getting paint to crack. Have you tried milk paint? Love your work.

I purchased mine from Harbor Freight, but when I went to purchase one for a friend, I was told it was discontinued because Harbor Freight was coming out with a new version. You can't purchase online but you may find one in a store. You can find similar ones on Amazon, but I don't know the quality. Here is a link to one on Amazon amzn.to/3XRIDpa. Hope this helps!!
