I know I asked you a question before and I have another one. I sold a cassette player that was working when I sold it and now the buyer said it was working for an hour and then it stop and it’s not working anymore but he’s had the item for 16 days so I think he’s been using it for awhile and then something happen to it and now he wants to return it. Do I have to give him a full refund on a item he’s sending back that’s now broken?

Sticky situation cause as a seller we cant prove and since he has 30 days to return we kinda get stuck taking the return. If you have free returns you have option to hold back money and not give full. I do free retuns and would not give full and say it was tested /working, They usually cry to ebay at that point and ebay handles it. You can ask questions anytime, no worries
