Great finds! My vote for favorite item would have to be the pear. Such a great and different shape to incorporate into decor. Also love the warmth its coloring introduces into a vignette.

Super fun haul. I agree that large basket is a treasure. There are so many ways to style it. And that towel rack would be really awesome as a blanket rack. I can see it in a bedroom with a beautiful blanket hanging off it. TFS..

Great finds! My Goodwill has raised prices, but it's still cheaper than new decor. In fact, I prefer the unique, thrifted look over the latest Target fashion hands down. I would have grabbed all those items too! Actually, I just enjoy looking whether I need anything or not. Thrifting is just fun.

I have heard from others that their Goodwill has raised prices quite a bit too. I’m lucky that here that hasn’t happened yet. But I totally agree, it’s incredible what you can find in thrift stores! So many unique and cool finds that make a house special ☺️

So... the 1st bud vase- the indentation appears as another base? Maybe you can rotate it and have greenery or floral spill out like a vine...if you.put it on a shelf or cabinet🤔 Napkin holder- I would use for mail maybe on my desk or for some on the entry table if the want it visible.

Hi Chelsea! I always enjoy your videos and I wish they were more often!!! Anyway, my favourite thing from your thrift finds was ,for some strange reason, the pear 🍐! Loved the rustic colours on it. I'm so jealous because in Greece, where I live ,there are almost no thrift stores, just antique stores where everything is rather expensive.🙁😞😞

@@thisgirlathome Unfortunately they're simply not common. It's the same with garage sales,they just don't happen. There are only some flea markets but they are rare,too. Thanks for considering making videos more often although I am sure it must be hard when you have a full time job!

Hi Chelsea, the Keystone Area Goodwills in my area will price items at the register. Typically they will price everything at $2.99. The refusal to sell you unpriced items is definitely just a decision of your store. Today I purchased a Hearth & Hand canister that was brand new and priced at 19.99 for $3.50! One of the workers told me they got a truck with new merchandise from Target and Marshall’s. There was at least 30 pieces of new Rae Dunn and some Johanna Parker. I did pick up some Johanna Parker mugs (two mugs for $6.99).

Our local thrift stores will not sell unmarked items to stop people from removing tags and taking them to the cashier is hopes of getting a better price. It also takes pressure off the cashiers to have to call a manager or come up with a price.

Unfortunately, no. 🙁 I’m not sure if it’s a Goodwill policy, but if something doesn’t have a price tag on it, they say they cannot sell it.
