The stone in the necklace that you called “The Star of the Show” is not malachite, it is an Eilat stone. It is only found in southern Israel. Secondly, on the shelf with the cinnabar earrings, there were earrings with Roman glass which is around 2,000 years old. Don’t get Roman glass wet; it will flake apart.
@HUDSONVINTAGE Жыл бұрын
Thanks Lynne for your feedback~ it is inscribed azurite malachite on the back with the signature and the date. I did not know that about roman glass! :)
@lynneschultz316 Жыл бұрын
@@HUDSONVINTAGE Please consider researching the Eilat stone. I saw that it was inscribed malachite. Isn’t malachite green only? The Eilat stone is blue and/or green. I own a number of jewelry pieces with the Eilat stone which I purchased in Israel-I know it when I see it!
@mommato2tots Жыл бұрын
It’s malachite and azurite. The azurite is the blue and you’re correct about the malachite always being green. I collect crystals and have several jewelry pieces with this combo. They’re so beautiful!
