That tweed jacket is incredible. You wear it well. Mindful eating is one of the most important tools for healthier relationship with food. In addition to paying attention to what I eat, I’m also mindful of when I eat. Trying to keep to regular times helps decrease overeating or eating less healthy choices because I’m starving. Also, be mindful of why I eat. Am I hungry? Or am I bored, tired, stressed, angry, sad?

I have bought a good bit of Cremieux clothing and i like the quality.. Im in Louisiana and bought mine at the Dillard's Outlet for dirt cheap. Its usually 75 -80% off retail and on special sales you can get another 40 or 50 %.. I mean they almost pay you to take it. I just checked and it looks like there's an outlet in LV. Just thought I'd let you know.. BTW enjoy your videos.

I used to shop at Savers all the time but after Covid they took away the dressing rooms. It’s hard to buy clothes without trying them on and I refuse to do returns. Miss those old days.

The Saver's I go to has a huge mirror on the floor. Since I mostly buy shirts and outerwear that mirror is usually enough for me. I just wear shirts that fit close to my body so I can try clothes over that shirt.
