I have that recipe box. Was my mom’s (she was Swedish) so won’t sell it. By the way, after watching your video about patterns, I went to an estate sale of people big into cosplay and Shakespeare festivals. Lots of patterns for medieval and Elizabethan costumes for .50 each. Thanks for the video as I would have never even looked at them before.

I'm now paying more attention to flatware and cooking utensils, got my Corelle blue rose handled flatware listed in sets by type which is what you suggested. Not sold yet but several views. One of those things you just have to wait for the right buyer. Always enjoy seeing Mr. Pish Posh and getting his take on things as well, men see things that we miss! Nice to have a supportive partner on your journey. My husband is involved but more from the printing of the labels, the keeping track of solds, and as always, unloading of the truck. I do online estate sales with lots of mystery bags, I love the hunt but hate shopping in stores. Works great for me! Much love to your family from AZ!

Just recently found you and I'm loving your videos. I recently picked up a large bag of mixed flatware at a yard sale for $5.00, stainless, silver-plated and silver. It was super stressful sorting through it but it caused me to find you so I'm super happy. Also, some profit to be had when I get it listed. :)

Awesome and welcome! You got some sterling in that bag? Sounds like a score!!

Can I make a recommendation? As someone who sews a lot and buys quite a bit of fabric online, if you decide to list fabric take the time to cut a small piece off it and do a burn test so that you can list the fiber content. It really frustrates me when people sell fabric and they don't list what it's made of. I shop mostly for rayon or other natural fibers as opposed to polyester (unless it's knit like ITY) and just looking at a picture will not tell me the fiber content. Just a suggestion.

Thank you for the suggestion 😊

Over 1 thousand views & only 140 likes?? I appreciate your knowledge & Mr Pish Posh shipping skills so much. I've learned a lot from you. Maybe people don't understand the dedication & hard work to do all the videos you do & the importance of "likes" for KZbin's algorithm. I'm sure more than 142 of us gained knowledge from you. You always say leave comments & you definitely read & reply🌟Couldn't hurt to add "If you learned something & enjoy my videos leave a "like" & comment 😊 You deserve far more likes than you get. Thanks for your keen eye & thrifting skills ☮️ I know I've benefited from every one I've watched.😊☮️🧘♀️

Great finds! Just curious, do you ever promote your store or coupons on Ebay or do you only use promote item? I'm trying a few diff tactics to see what works best, just wondered what works for you or if you even use those features? Thanks! Enjoy the info you provide in all your videos 😊
@pishposhresellingАй бұрын
Yes we promote the store - currently at 2.5%. I use 10% coupons a lot. We’ve experimented a bit and feel promoting has helped us. I’ve done some sale events but for us it feels like the coupons work better 🤷🏼♀️

@pishposhresellingАй бұрын
I’ve done one show. It’s okay. I sold sewing patterns with $1 or $2 starts. Made about $50. I could see with a following you could do well. I didn’t have the mental energy to stay regular with it. Plus my mind resists against appointments and commitments at certain times 😂😂

@pishposhreselling Thank you. I have been reselling for about 19 years. Like you as a stay at mom at the time. It gave me away to help with the finances. Lately I have been going back and forth on if I wanted to try doing whatnot shows. So I've been wondering your thoughts. Thank you for sharing. Love watching you videos you are my favorite reseller to watch.
