I love to go treasure hunting in the morning with you .Wow, those sweets look delicious .Well, I'm almost done with my multicultural noche buena cooking My congri, yuca and pork shoulder are almost done,and it's 8 am only but I prefer to have everything ready early and just keep it warm after in the oven so I can relax. For dessert too, I add some Turrón you know what that is?.Maybe in Santo Domingo you had some.My 4 grandparents are from Spain so we the Cuban grandkids still keep the tradition. Absolutely loved that blue/ white teapot.l picked up a ginger bread house (ceramic one) and store my Tassimo pods inside.....l just loved it.i was$5 at dollarama l wish that l could send a pic,l will keep it out all year on my counter. We'll need to run to Safeway for a minute lam sure it will be a zoo. Merry ho ho

Merry Christmas, Brooke! 🎄 I love china dinner plates but often find them so heavy! I can't maneuver well with heavy ones, so I use smaller luncheon plates a lot...Much easier to wash and store. My kids are so funny. They voted for shepherd's pie for Christmas Eve dinner here. Easy peasy! 😊 Tomorrow it's pot roast dinner at my son & daughter-in-law's home. Everyone is tired of turkey, ham, etc. We even considered Chinese takeout like in the movie A Christmas Story. 😂 (But decided that's too expensive and would have to be ordered a day ahead and refrigerated. No thanks.) I love tin ornaments too! We added strings of cranberries to the tree last night. What a beautiful pop of color with our white ornaments this year. ❤ Blessings to you and yours in the New Year!

Hi Brooke. Hope you had a peaceful Christmas Day. I have just come home from my daughters after 3 nights visiting (and cooking). Came home with my little doggie and made myself a cup of tea and watched your thrifting visit with Erin and her husband.Felt relaxed straight away. Sometimes you click with people, right? I loved that flowery teapot. I would have gone home with that, but of course we can’t really tell if it’s bone China or hefty pottery. Bone China all the way for me, but I’m English so maybe culturally our tastes reflect that. Get the Easter village houses! I so love that Christmas village that you’ve started. It’s just so cosy and sweet and has inspired me to maybe start a collection. Living down here in southern Spain , it may not be so easy to find, but I’ll keep my eyes open. Very best wishes to you, the baking looked delightful. I seem to remember sometime ago , you were looking for a little silver sweetmeat dish, to put beside your bed for your jewels. We just live pretty far apart like an hour and a half but we’ll make it work All the best to you too. Merry Christmas Eve 🤶 🎄 ❤️ 👱‍♀️ 👸 👩‍🍳 🛍 that was a fun trip to the thrift stores. Maybe Al dissapears 🎩 🪄 🔮 ✨️ 😂 to the tool sections. I like your ornement dog walker. Very Precious. Your crannberry cookies look so 👍 i love crannberrys. I dont eat to many sweets. Im diabetic. But there are alot of recipes for diabetic type baked goods and cookies. I do a diabetic cake in a single microwaveble mug put in the microwave. It's a Chocolate. Cake recipe. A lady from Africa and her husband post all kinds of diabetic type meals and goodies ♥️ 💖 lovely couple. Hes a pastor. I cant think of the name of the microwave Chocolate cake in a mug. But it tastes like regular sweetened cakes. My great granddaughter. She and her mom are picking up there gifts from here today. Her Daddy is driving them. And my oldest brother will pop in tonight before christmas mass. 7.30 pm one. Not midnight mass. He says im to old for 12 midnight mass now. 😂 he walks his 2 dogs everday by the beachside and river. I think they walk him . They are strong and pull him. Thats why i really liked your ornement of the dog walker. Nice score Brooke. I so enjoy your company. Your funny at your sayings and comments😂 and you also calm me. Your very knowledgeable about alot of things. Your interesting pretty princess 👸 lady. No snow here. But alot of rain. Rain storms maybe really late tonight. My grandson who lives 8 hours away. Up in the interiors. Hell, be coming to visit me boxing day. Him and his other grandma. Her and i usually hook up and meet at the church thrift store. She likes to travel and im surprised shes staying around for Christmas this year. 😮oh the white poinsettias i found and bought at spca thrift store. I had 3. But a lady said are there anymore of those. No this is it. Awww. Ive been looking for white poinsettias. I paid for them. And i gave her 1 for Christmas. I said merry Christmas 🤶 no you dont need to do this. Yes i insist. Im wanting 1 red poinsettia anyways. She almost cried. She said im too kind. She didnt speak English clearly she had some kind of accent. Very lovely lady. I kinda felt her following me around. She was checking out what i was looking at. And she said you have very nice things. Thanks i said. I asked her what she was interested in looking to buy. I showed her the dickensville village. I wasnt interested in the 3 left. She bought them. I didnt know those litup she said. I couldnt find a lampshade for my eldest sons golf bag lamp. Oh i noticed there a golf ⛳️ cap and a pair of leather gloves on it also. Sally Ann's. Had alot of Christmas decorations left. But i have way too much already. I noticed at the backdoor exit. Its usually piled with donations. It was empty. I told the guy . Who works there. Ive never ever seen this back empty. And i was shocked alot of stuff they were piling in the big garbage cans. Or giant recycling cans. Were getting rid of and putting out new year 2025. Clothing and and everything newer. I have been just looky lewing lately 😅 I'll wait for the new stuff. He gave me a 50% off coupon for new years. For being a very good customer he said. Wow, thanks.i replied. Oh i almost forgot. I have a christmas card for you. Many blessings 🙌 he said. 🙏 im thankful for all your videos. I so look forward to watching and listening to you. I have my fireplace on the tv screen and music is playing a Hawaiian music song. This was my moms favorite. I just finished watching grumpy old men. Walter mattheu jack lemmon.
