The box with the duck on top was originally for holding 2 decks of cards. The backs of the cards would have a duck related picture different on each deck of cards. You are right. Could use for whatever you want.

Hi Tiffany, I think you are very sweet and I believe that you are rather knowledgeable, it would be nice if you tried to spread your wealth of knowledge, as it is currently we simply get to see what you pick up for you and your $20 minimum profit. An example would be to teach how to tell the difference between simple White glass and Milk glass. While it is kind of fun watching, I don't feel that I am learning anything.

Hello! I'm so glad you're enjoying thrifting along with me! Glass bottoms that are polished and clear with no bubbles or flaws indicates a higher quality of glass, such as Murano. Lesser quality glass pieces will have a frosty bottom with air bubbles and creases. 😊

It will be interesting to see if the low volume of good merchandise at GW continues there like it has been doing here. I think more of it is being sent to the Goodwill auction website and then also it is possibly not the time of year that people are cleaning out their homes and donating. Maybe there will be more after Christmas.
