Trudy, you got an amazing deal on the McCall's magazines. All of the books are awesome, so fun to find them out and about. Love the barn book. We have been doing the cellophane wrap ball game for years with my family and know also do it with our grandkids. They love it. Have to find a lot of goodies for them but the kids get excited seeing something under the wrap and what to get to it in their time of unwrapping. I think that they like that more than than the presents under the tree!! 🤭

Trusy those Mccalls....oh man I might hoard those if I had them. I probably have at least 20 cookbooks. I hardly ever follow a recipe ( unless baking)but I get ideas. These old ones are fabulous. This year for the first time in a long time the party is not at our house. We have always done 2 things a 25 dollar gift exchange (done very much like a while elephant) and then a one dollar or less white elephant. To me the funnest part is lways making the rules. We have a half hour (or more) discussion and laughs over the rules which change year to year and game to game. I am really going to miss it this year.

Holy moley. Every single item you found was a rare and amazing piece! You have a great eye for treasure and amazing places to shop. It would be interesting to see how you create the junior cookbook into a journal or ephemera. I have that cookbook too. The colorful pages are so fun. Merry Christmas my friend ❤

I have made old style cookbook ephemera out of old cookbook papers. I make it randomly when I feel like someone made something that I can copy. I’m a copycat. And that’s how I learn. ☺️ If you’re making some interesting ephemera or have page ideas. I would love to see! I don’t know what to do with some pages. I’m afraid to cut pages. Or I get stumped. Ha. Pages are So pretty. But I’m up for ideas! I can cut the pages if I knew what to do. Or what to copy. You’re so sweet. Thanks for asking me 🤗
