As for the form this "Bonny" had, that might not have been determined, nor the idea of her being part of the worst generation.

I feel like we're forgetting Kuma was part of the Revolutionary Army, so he knew Monkey D. Dragon. This means that not only does he know about the crackhead, he knows the crackhead's dad. I think there’s a fan theory that because of his relationship with Dragon, Kuma sent the Straw Hats to all the places they needed to go to to train up for the New World. Luffy to learn haki, Zoro to train with Mihawk, Nami to learn weather, Usopp to get mare varied ammunition, Sanji to train with Ivankov, Chopper to learn the best medicine in the world, Eobin so she could tell Dragon about the poneglyphs and ancient weapons and learn Fishman karate (also maybe meet her father), Franky to learn from Vegapunks experiments, and Brook to gain a following as a musician and make better music.
