I relate to you so much Chris as I went through last stage AML and was given 6 weeks to live and was sent home to die. With no guidance and no hope I delved myself into research and changed my diet and lifestyle massively. Every month my reports were changing and now I will be completing 9 years in remission. God is great and he guided me. You are doing a great job.

I eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables- salads, smoothies, fresh daily juices, herbs for flavor along with lemon juice on salads and other raw veggies. Great video, as always. "Have to encourage yourself," and "I belong here." Beautiful words and so true. Kris Carr looks like my oncologist, who doesn't know what to make of organic foods and cayenne and smoothies, but says, "keep doing what you're doing." - Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia - try spelling it, much less saying it for the first time. Thank you for your presence on the web.

Really awesome video with so much information. LOVED all of it and the theme of confidently living your healthiest life with a diagnosis vs fear of the worst. At the 1 hour 18 min mark thru 23, 1:18-23, when both of them talk about soothing themselves and talking to themselves, giving words of encouragement to themselves, I wonder if they realize that just might be God's voice coming through to them at the right moments when they need it most. Because if we humans were capable of talking ourselves out of fear, worry, stress, etc we'd be able to do it constantly and it wouldn't exist in our world.

Chris Wark ,I would love to find a way to share my story openly but I have not gone back to the doctors to confirm it’s gone. Their only way to confirm is a biopsy and quite honestly I don’t need the confirmation that it’s gone but others need it. I hear things like “you must have been misdiagnosed” and then I might say “ I quit BLEEDING about 9 months after i started making all my changes.” but I think it’s a energy drain to try to bring others up to speed. I have no budget and I managed. My feeling is I always have what I need to move forward on what I want. I didn’t do the full hysterectomy or radiation (chemo, was suggested). I wanted to live the rest of my life, not be tethered to the medical system. Now I’m in my middle 60’s, doing massage on a daily basis with 30 year olds. It’s been 5 years. My present is I don’t need someone else’s validation to know “what is”for me. Personal stability. I agree with you Kris Carr. That’s the nugget 😘

If you have the diagnosis and you are still thriving after 5 years, then if someone challenges you about the cancer free confirmation, then let them doubt it. At least you can show them the diagnosis. Also, most people have cancer cells at all times, it's just that the body deals with it before it becomes a problem, from what I understand, Chris has talked about this... not sure the details. Maybe explain this to people. Anyways, you can tell people what your prognosis for survival was, what the average amount of time that people live before dying from your type of cancer and as every year goes by... YOU LIVING is all the proof needed right? The point is that you are still alive and NOT SUFFERING.

I used to always accomplish things just to tell others I was right and that to prove I AM capable. Same with my health. I try to eat my very best and things I do that really work also telling others. Well Im now ready to stop telling others what they can do with their health ,when they ask. Over and over I get excuses why my advice is wrong or incorrect. I will not prove or validate anything with anyone anymore. Im 41 and too old to be proving to others anything at all. My point is I can relate to what you mean.

Chris, my little sister is 26 years old and was just diagnosed with colon cancer. The very next day, she had surgery to remove 19 inches of her colon. They also removed a dozen or so lymph nodes. Today, at her follow up after surgery, her doctor told her that with aggressive chemo she has a 50% chance of survival. They want to begin immediately giving her chemo through a port in her chest. My sister is young, and terrified. She doesn't want to listen to me talk to her about alternative treatments. She thinks she has to do what the doctors say. Please, help me. I don't know what to do. My sister has three little girls, my youngest niece is 6 months old. Please, help me help her.

It’s good to be selfish to take care of yourself, but at the other end, it is also good to help others. This is balance as well. Meditation to quiet your thoughts, feeling, TRULY FEELING, grateful and being satisfied NO MATTER WHAT, is a part of healing and living healthy besides eating raw, living foods that our planet provides for us naturally. All of this is essential for our whole being. My vortex is full of GREAT wonderful things that manifest, sometimes quickly and sometimes slowly, but they always manifest. I am a pro creator.

I am so sorry, I wish there was something I can do to ease the pain you must feel as you witness this. I know how it feels, while my Dad did not have cancer, I feel like they did a lot of stuff that was unnecessary and he would not listen to the alternatives I had to offer... and they ultimately pushed him downhill faster than he needed to go, meanwhile, they sure made a lot of money off him. It's painful to watch the exploitation as it is occuring and knowing that there are millions of people going through this, being denied the opportunity for other choices.

I have some really strange symptoms that happen when I am at "home" and yet home is the most stressful place to be. I have severe brain fog,anger,tiredness,etc..etc.. And even thid feeling in my had and mouth that makes my mouth go numb for a quixk second when I try to talk. I used to think maybe Im having tiny tiny strokes ??? Its so strange. I changed my diet and have started juicing massive amounts...ok... Okay today an example I had an entire pitcher of leafy greens. The brain fog and everything still kept coming. Yes I make sure to poop 3x a day and even more often now that Im juicing. Im hoping its just detox symptoms or something. But these symptoms have been going on way long before I started juicing. And its gotten a little worse, to the point I can feel these sensations in my mouth or face even when not talking. So I don't know what is going. Just that when I am not home for a few hours I feel so different emotionally and mentally. And those incidents (mouth toung collapse /numbness ,strange pains) do not seem to happen as often when away from home. Who knows it may still be happening but maybe I notice less when not home and out and about. But right now im out i my car far from home and its happening right now. Oh and my acne haa not improved. So Im a little worried.

Typical 'macho man' complex. So many guys act way too similar. It ain't "cool" to have a friendly, humorous, smiling personality? Guess what they do behind closed doors? They act like little kids! Psychology is so accurate and fascinating. Look at all the tv commercials that exploit the typical male ego! These expert marketing firms get paid millions for a reason.....have a wonderful day!....and don't forget to keep up with appearances! If only these macho men knew who's laughing all the way to the bank while exploiting at their insecurities. If someone invented an inexpensive drug to prevent facial hair growth, most of these goatee wearing guys wouldn't use it if it was free.

The problem with some plant food now is that some of it is too altered. Wheat is not what it used to be and most soy and corn is GMO. (And canola oil is not a food but that is another issue). So there can actually be a problem with the GMO products, and the gluten, but that's about all the problems there are with the plant kingdom (if man made it don't eat it). Everything else is healing, and fruits and leafy greens incredibly so! Plants are healing, and the anti oxidants are all in fruit. And so let's go to the animal kingdom. Nothing is healing, absolutely nothing. So why these high fat diets are out there is completely incomprehencible to me. So just keep eating fruit and rock on, plants are awesome, they saved my health too. Great interview!

Yeah, I have not bought into the whole keto thing myself... the Fruit Doctor here on YT has a good presentation about the "fallacy" of that diet... especially for diabetics... meat is genearal difficult to digest, puts a lot of strain on both pancreas and kidneys... it's a taxing food product... and it produces amonia in the body... I usually recommend that people eat a couple cups of pineapple before eating meat and then drink bentonite clay afterwards. EAt more fruit and greens!

There is countless stories of ex vegans eating meat again because their health declined terribly without meat/organs and animal fats. How do you think the native american Indians thrived back before the industrial age? Eating pineapple and broccoli? Hell no, they ate animals. They were strong physical specimens with no dental carries. All you people promoting that meat is dangerous are fools. Eating grocery store fruits and veggies exclusively is not natural and healthy in the long run.

So clinics are not for the average working person in America. Those prices are a year's salary (or more) for a HUGE sector of Americans. There's no way to do that.

Something I have noticed-- people who are totally plant-based often say that meat is unhealthy. What should a person do who cannot survive on vegetables? I am "ketovore" and never felt better in my life. For the last 4 years at least. Meat and animal products are the only things I can eat, with tiny amounts of SOME veggies. NOT EVERYONE THRIVES on plants... Its wonderful that you guys get to eat all the delicious vegetables- but it doesn't work for everyone. Did you ever notice how rigid the plant cheerleaders are? And humans evolved as carnivores originally.

Hi chris I believe God gave you away to show people how to cure themselves from chemo. My mom had to get surgery from a tumor in her brain called glioblastoma stage 4. Its been a month after the surgery and it grew back 10% bigger. They want to do surgery this Tuesday. I think she can beat this without surgery. But shes not the strongest fighter when it comes to health food. I was hoping maybe you could talk to her before she gets surgery and does chemo and radiation after. I believe this is the way to cure yourself but I know u said only the strongest minded people will live and the weak will die. I hope u can get back to me ASAP.
