The metallic sound a lot of you might be hearing is his breathing. He puts a mic up to his nose and his breaths become part of the rhythym.

i might be wrong but the metallic shaking sound is actually him breathing in through his nose. (notice the mic right under his nose.) this guy is amazing no doubt.
