From what I can see, when the boss teleports away to do the Stare mechanic, it will aggro/look at the player closest to it and not necessarily the tank that has the aggro. Or maybe the boss resets its aggro when it teleports? I dunno but this boss looks fun. Definitely better than the previous ones you've shown since it actually has a mechanic you need to watch out for. Hoping it's like this as well in end-game PVE.

think it teleports to the furthest player away and that player should turn him around away from the group.

Guild raid boss, are you sure? It's just an NPC with a lot of health. Mechanics look pretty vague.

I miss the GW2 world bosses. Those are fun and requires coordination instead of a simple zerk.

This is still not end game boss. They get harder, we just havent unlocked then yet. Plus these guild bosses are slighlty weaker, in open world they are very strong plus devs will be buffing them next patch as some of then get zerged fast

There are pinhata bosses in GW2. This boss has mechanic for sure if you saw the video. it's just that it's not as mechanic coordinated than world events in gw2, those are top tier tbh. Also guild members has finite amount of resses, it's not a simple zerk

I'm running Wand/Bow because I'm a healer. I'm leveling. Which skill rotation would you recommend at endgame? Any dps skills worth leveling if I'm planning on maining healer?

Decisive sniping, strafing, zephyrs nock are 3 skills worth leveling for bow. Rest good skills are already on epic. I have video guide for longbow on my channel, feel free to check out what skills i play

If ur healing, the natures spell for bow should be your number one prio to level to epic immediately. That ability is so massive, heals overtime and at epic you get mana back too

How the loot works for guild bosses, i see at end items are dropped on ground everywhere? Is individual or is free to pick from ground ?

Contribution based, but mostly rng. In guild raids it goes to guild storage and is distributed later however guild decides

I dont think it does. Its a good idea though to allow smaller guilds to clear it

how do you stop the slam phase

U don't. You have to be behind him when he does the stare attack so it doesnt stun you. You can see me try to shadow step behind him, but they kept turning him towards me. He pulls you in stunned, but when u dodge the stun you just walk away from slam.
