I like the way it sounds like this system works. You want to get purples/yellow BUT you will shelve them until they surpass your rares which ends up keeping most players at nearly the same power level.

Its a % chance your off hand (2nd dagger) attacks when you have your daggers out, the higher the % to off hand the most frequent your off hand (2nd dagger) does damage.

+9 blue full traited or +6 purple full traited, whats better?

So beta just opened and me and my pals decided to go full blue with three traits instead of grinding for purple. Cause thats the way to get good purple stuff, actually. But you need to stack yourself with +9, +3 traits on every piece of gear. Or as much as possible, I mean.

Yes but how u farm the blue gear? I try on open world mobs and the drops it's so low I don't even get anything, so the way is dungeons and open dungeons? And bosses?

Can you upgrade blue to purple? Or you must buy or find a purple?

You have to have a +9 blue, if you have a base level 0 purple, when you transfer the experience from the blue, it will go to purple +6.
