in this episode i mount the Throttle Control System to a ultralight homebuild one-seat helicopter, connecting two Bing 54 Carburetors with the manual throttle twist grip on the collective control.

Muy buen sistema. Me gusta mucho el remate de las sirgas con estaño. La mezcla de paso y gas es muy creativa👌 sigue así. Sólo pongo un pero. No queda muy bien el mecanismo intermedio que une las dos sirgas, al sujetarlo con bridas al chasis. No puede alguien hacerte una pieza con impresión 3d? Quedaría más limpio. Un saludo

I think there's cable connections need to be swaged. If that engine gets too hot those solder points are going to melt. No mas el throttle...

Just a Question : where is your Correlator ? A correlator is . a mechanical connection between the collective lever and the engine throttle, When the collective lever is raised, power is automatically increased; when lowered, power is decreased. This system maintains rpm close to the desired value, but still requires adjustment of the throttle for fine tuning.

Your carburetor needle jets are NOT MOVING!!! You failed to clip them in place. See BING carburetor manual for proper adjustment for your field elevation.

even an idiot could deduce an estimated time of first flight, just go back and watch his videos. his pace has been quite predictable. So just relax and enjoy the journey instead of being an impatient, marshmallow test failing, 3 year old. 🙄
