wenn ich richtig verstehe ist feathering die flachstellung? was ist der unterschied unfeathering zu pitching? versuch hier nen blackhawk für x-plane zu machen und bräuchte noch infos von dir, bin z'züri.

#1 get some time in a helicopter, Not only must your machine be ready so must the pilot. Take your time, Enjoy My 1st helicopter was a nonevent on its first flight , Only after reviewing the video it hit me. . . It flew great.

Hallo, diese Rotorblätter hatten ein Gewicht von je 16Kg pro Stück. Ich habe einen neuen Satz Blätter gebaut im selben Herstellungsverfahren, aber mit leichteren Aluminium- Stäben. Gewicht pro Rotorblatt 11,3Kg kzbin.info/www/bejne/joPQaWmIadOfi8U

Thanks. The name of the helicopter is "Silverwing". Originates of its quite unusual stainless steel (silver shining) rotor blades

The template for the tube arrangement has measurements to meet a naca 0012 airfoil design.

IMHO Very little grease. It should be twice more at least.

Yes the grease applied is just for reduce corrosion, before first flight tests i applied more grease

All the haters on here wanting to know when it’s going to fly. Howard Hughes famously took the Spruce Goose out for taxi trials and “accidentally” got airborne, rising to a height of three feet before setting it back down on the water. It never flew again. If I were you, I’d get lots of lessons in a Robinson R22, then once competent, jump in your home built, hover in ground effect for a few minutes, claim success and hang the thing up in your workshop as a trophy. Job done.

Hear me out : it will never fly. I've seen most of the video's and in every video i see at least one or more reasons why this is a build that will fail. I'll admit it if i'm wrong , but i'm pretty sure this helicopter isn't going to live a long life flying.

Thanks. Sorry i do not give specific information about materials i used to protect future builders to think when they build it with this material it would be safe, because this helicopter is experimental. Please do your own research.

I know eh, it's not just a cool machine, it is a work of art! People that do this sort of thing from the initial design work to the final tightening of the last few bolts to the mixing of fuel and oil and dumping it into the fuel tank... Just, my GAWD some people kick such total ass. This kind of project completely bends my mind. People that do this are just pure distilled concentrated awesomeness, there's no other way of describing them.
